As in, if I play it on my Steam Deck will the save file sync to my computer?

Ok, so I have all the red cubes, all the anti-cubes and normal cubes, all the artifacts... Now what? Nothing happens? Hello hello. I would really like some help with the blinking dots in the observatory. I already know the solution and I know the process to geeting there. I mean, I already know what to do with the blinking dot sequence. But what I want to know is how to *see* the full sequence. I notice so much hate for the guy, and yet I find myself agreeing with more than half of his opinions. I don't know if that makes me a bad guy, but basically, what has he done that was so wrong other than saying "Japanese games suck?" Sure he could have phrased it differently.
