people just vote for absolutely no reason and others press yes , player base has become unbearable garbage

I played a couple of games with friends today, logged out, and then logged back in a couple of hours later. I saw that I had zero levels for every class, even though I'd been playing hard and grinding experience for the last three days. What could be the problem?...

My rounds wont start either all i can do is spectate and cant join and even in solo offline i press ready it just wont start
