This is the best Borderlands game story-wise.

So you're telling me that I'm now partially responsible for creating those annoying robots.

This Borderlands has a nice story, and gameplay features were amazing. I just enjoyed it more that fighting hoards of robots in Borderlands 2. However, something went completely wrong in the last missions. We prioritized the main story, and ended up extremely undergeared and underleveled. All of the previous side quests became pointless as we would've gained 250 experience when the required amount of experience for a level up was like 30k. On top of that there's no dlcs to level up in. So that's how a game with an engaging story and fun gameplay turned out to be the absolute hell.

The characters are awesome. I played as Claptrap, it was hilarious, also he's actually strong character.

I suggest it for the sake of learning more about the story of the Borderlands games, but be prepared for the ending.
