I can't find it on GOG anymore :(

I am at the cooling Tower Connection Security area. I have gotten past the guards multiple times and when I come to the blast door at the end they are closed. Watching one of the few full playthroughs I could find they interacted with Prizm prior. I had no such interaction as I shut it down during the last conversation in the secret area. Is this a bug or am i missing some interaction? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time....

In the options menu I can toggle through a few languages, but before reaching english, the game stops responding ( portugues in left direction, something asian in right direction).
