How does a young slug go about this? There really arent any tips in game, but I remember having them on the Mobile version. Not exactly sure if the process is the same

I just got the custom hats gamepass but I don't know how to use it

I can enter windowed mode fine via the alt+enter method but I can't change the resolution, I like to watch youtube or something while I play games and this one I know from my time on mobile would be a great fit but even windowed it fills my whole screen. I've checked the files and can't seem to find a settings file I can alter, click dragging the edges of the window don't work. It seems looked to my monitor's settings.
