Fix for Progression-Blocking Issue During Online Play

Hello, this is the Viractal development team.

In Ver.1.0.1, we have fixed the following issue that occurred in Ver.1.0.0:

During online play, after defeating the final boss of a stage, game progress could fail to synchronize correctly on certain screens, resulting in the game becoming unable to proceed.

Additionally, Ver.1.0.1 introduces a feature that allows online save data to be converted into local save data.
If your online save data became unusable due to this issue, you can use this feature to resume the game in local mode.

For details on how to use the conversion feature, as well as other adjustments and additions, please refer to the Ver.1.0.1 patch notes.

Having a blast with friends, but warrior is very awkward to use

It looks like he's the only character that mains blue will, and the majority of other characters don't produce enough blue will to help him come online in fights. So more often than not, he's stuck using the basic -1 armor attack or the attack that debuffs himself, and I'd have to beg my friends to grab the blue cards (which is outside their build) when they level up just to give me a leg up in fights....

Viractal v1.0.1 Patch Notes

Hello, this is the Viractal development team.

In Version 1.0.1, we have implemented the following bug fixes, adjustments, and new features.

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where, after defeating the final boss in online play, progress could become unsynchronized across some game screens, causing the game to become unplayable
Fixed an issue where, under certain conditions, the remaining time for Whisper of the Devil could exceed 60 seconds and display an abnormally large value

Adjustments

When the ability “Roaring Spirit” is learned and an enemy is defeated while Finisher is active, the newly acquired Finisher effect will now overwrite the remaining turns instead of stacking incorrectly

New Feature

Added a feature that allows save data for online play to be converted into save data for local play
Please use this feature if resuming via online play becomes unavailable

Instructions for the conversion are provided at the bottom of this page.

We will continue to improve and update Viractal to deliver a smooth and enjoyable gameplay experience.

How to Convert Save Data

From the board game menu in the Game Room, select “Continue”
Select the online save data, then press the “/” key or the OPTION button to execute “Online → Local”
Select “Yes” on the confirmation message
Choose the location to save the new local save data
The online save data will be converted into local save data

Note: Once online save data has been converted to local save data using this feature, it cannot be converted back to online save data.

We have confirmed the following issues, which are scheduled to be fixed in the upcoming Ver. 1.0.1 patch, planned for release next week.

Online synchronization issue

When defeating the final boss in online play, game progress may become unsynchronized across some screens, which can result in being unable to continue the game

Whisper of the Devil remaining time display issue

Under certain conditions, the remaining time for Whisper of the Devil may exceed 60 seconds and display an abnormally large value

Issues caused by applying “Weakened” via Bind

In some cases, applying “Weakened” via Bind may behave differently between the host and client, resulting in different processing on each screen

In addition, Ver. 1.0.1 will introduce a feature that allows online save data to be converted into local save data.
If you would like to continue playing an online save that can no longer be resumed online, please do not delete your save data and wait for the Ver. 1.0.1 patch, scheduled for next week.

We will continue to improve and update Viractal to provide a comfortable and enjoyable gameplay experience.

What if 'For The King' hated you - just a little less? Well, this game is the answer. Extremely fun and a even more of a blast with friends.

Very fun DnD style board game and the round limit gives a nice level of challenge. I highly recommend trying the game if you enjoy turn based combat and DnD style story telling. I know games like Inscryption really brought new life into this genre but I am very happy to see games like this one continue to improve on the formula and make new flavors available.

This game is utterly unbalance

So many thing in this game is design without a second though. cant refuse to pickup a card without lose world exploration, that mean i am losing gold/item/passive just so i can have one less card in my deck. Then there is the damage problem, 0 cost deal 2-4 dmg is ok, but why the fxxk 1 cost deal 6 game at max without upgrade or meet some sort of requirement? i cant even one shot a weakest mob when i already play a card to prepare a one cost attack ? After that is the difficulty, i have to ask did anyon...

I want to know if I should get this over Dokapon Kingdom Connect or Sword of Fury since those are pretty cheap right now. I'm new to these RPG boardgames type of thing. Any one experienced with the aforementioned games can give their thoughts? Thanks.
