Report a translation problem
If that doesn't work, make sure to uninstall game and search in your system "Psychopomp" and delete any game files that pop up. Sometimes steam game files duplicate and it corrupts opening the game through steam.
Windows 7 is unfortunately unsupported by current steam client updates, which is a pain.
instaling VxKex and running the newest steam version with it seems to have had fixed the problem, and now i can download without problems.
