i found a workaround, i downloaded the game on a diffrent PC(win10) than moved it to mine(win7) it seemed to work fine, it even starts and works corectly.

If that doesn't work, make sure to uninstall game and search in your system "Psychopomp" and delete any game files that pop up. Sometimes steam game files duplicate and it corrupts opening the game through steam.

This is an issue caused by a recent Steam update, I've contacted Steam support and was told that certain games have been made un-downloadable by this Steam update on certain older OS's.
Windows 7 is unfortunately unsupported by current steam client updates, which is a pain.

I have found a solution on the cozy win 7 thread
instaling VxKex and running the newest steam version with it seems to have had fixed the problem, and now i can download without problems.
