Presenting our very first level competition! As you may or may not know, PreStrafe features a built-in level editor, every object can be placed, rotated, and scaled any which way you deem fit. This empowers players to design environments in creative ways that goes outside of the box. On top of the many movement mechanics, level creators can design the flow of their level that utilize or can even create new movement meta!

That's great and all... so, how do you enter?

Simply join the Steam Playtest for instant access, learn the basics of the movement, check out existing workshop levels, and then get to creating your own level!

• Competition starts on July 1st and ends on July 11th at 12pm EST

• Level is judged based on Gameplay, Visuals, and Creativity for a total score

• Levels must reach an average of 45 seconds time to finish (TTF) and a maximum of 5 minutes

• Submit your level via Google Form[forms.gle] before the deadline

Join the community via Discord[dsc.gg] to learn the rules and to get assistance or tips on getting started.

• Play the tutorial level (reading helps!)
  
• Practice and play on trial maps, earn a record on the leaderboards
  
• Post your runs on https://www.speedrun.com/PreStrafe (more official)
  
• Hang out on freeroam maps (Dev_Sandbox for max fun)
  
• Create your own level and publish to workshop
  
• Host your own server and invite your friends on your own level
  
• Learn with the community by joining the Discord
