Hey guys, Any chance of adding Steam Achievements to this game?

Is it possible to add a French version of this game, since it already exists on other platforms such as the PS3 and the DS, and even on physical PC versions of the game?

So, i bought this game yesterday and it doesn't seem to open, i've seen some tutorials on youtube and the community hub on steam but it still won't work, i enabled the windows 7 compatibility mode and the 16 bit 48000 hz audio but it won't open. Any help here, please?...
