My lord, it's stupidly hard for 0 reason ... yay, I can make it 3 waves in ... to gain 3 gems. Then I need to do it 20 times until I finally unlock a tower that allows you to make a LITTLE progress.

Bug Report: Gacha Machine Negative Coins

i've only noticed this with 20 coins and using spacebar, so i'm not sure if this applies to clicking the mouse or any other coins. i have, for example, 21 coins and i use the gacha machine. the roll goes through, get the item, now i have one coin. pressing the spacebar allows you to roll again and now i have -21 coins. the gacha still works and when you get coins throughout the round, it steadily goes back up before you can roll again when you get 20 and you're able to keep repeating this process. i'm not...

In regardless of difficulty

I'm on the 'game too easy' side, but you still haven't fixed the problem in the beginning of the game. The earliest waves provides too little sushi to begin with while you already turn on all 4 paths, and the starting sushi multiplies the amount by 11x which immediately erases the problem. So if you wants to get rid of 'game too hard' negative reviews, here're some ways to fix it: Increase base starting sushi 100 -> 500 Talent that increases starting sushi amount reduced 100/250/500/750/1000 -> 100/200/300...

Difficulty, Performance and More

Hello everyone!

After our previous update regarding difficulty, we have kept working to addess your feeback and make it real.

The Game is Still Too Hard!

For those players struggling, Easy mode has been tuned down a bit in the first waves, so you can build up your defenses! You will get more sushi than before, for you to have more turrets and walls as the enemies build stronger.

Endless Mode is not that Hard

Well, we accept the challenge! Now enemies scale up with more Armor and Shield than before, even those that didn't have them.

Lag & Freezes + Bugfixing

Our itamae has been working on the recipe, to improve your experience in late game. Lags and freezes should be over for you!

Gacha Coins

Many of you requested to be able to use more coins in the gacha machine. Now you can choose between using 1, 5, 10 or 20 coins to increase your legendary drop rate up to +65%!

As we roll up this update, the previous update texts are still only in English and Spanish. We will be getting the translation done as quickly as we can, and update the game again with the texts localized in all supported languages.

New Difficulties Added!

Hello again Sushi Fanatics!

We've been rolling maki all weekend, and we're happy to have you give things a taste. As we mentioned after release last week, we wanted to address player feedback on both ends of the spectrum.

The Game Is Too Easy!

Fear not, for we've added 2 new difficulties (and 2 new achievements) for those who demand a challenge. Hard Mode is available by starting a new run, and Nightmare Mode will unlock after beating Hard Mode.

These modes impact enemy HP, damage dealt to Sushi Cat, amount of sushi dropped when defeated, gacha coin drop rate, and poison damage.

We recommend having a max Talent Tree before trying Nightmare!

The Game Is Too Hard!

We have added more subtle changes for players struggling. Most notably, we have added an Easy Mode. Beyond that, we have added 2 new Tutorial Tips that will display at the start of the game. And players who are starting out will be required to buy 1 level of Increased Starting Sushi on the Talent Tree before being able to buy any of the other Tier 1 talents.

Please note that for now, in an attempt to get this update out ASAP, the new tips texts are only in English and Spanish. We will be getting the translation done as quickly as we can, and update the game again with the texts localized in all supported languages.

Beyond these changes to difficulty, we have fixed an issue reported with the Cyrillic font.

Please let us know what you think of these changes! And we will continue to work on other bug fixes and suggestions that have been reported, now that these new modes are out.
