How to access "Complete Edition" DLC content?

I have bought the 20th Anniversary edition, but 1. the color editor is still locked and asks me to reach Level 600 in Journey mode 2. I cannot find Slashers (GBA version) and Dual Souls (original) anywhere in the game menu How does one get access to the DLC contents?...
