Installing on Ubuntu 24.04: error 0x80000003 ?

I wanted to install the trial version of this game. It only downloaded an installer. Starting it tells me it needs to install Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime. So I click Yes. Then about 30 sec later in a different popup it says it failed the installation with an error 0x80000003. I had read that you can install this game to run with Proton. I usually just start the installating without saying anything and it would automatically do its Proton installation. But for this one, I am not sure. Did anyo...

this game is a different experience when u have a subscription compared to the free trial, the community is very nice and people actually talk to you when you ask them something. also who doesnt like to fish?
