After all these months of intense work, uncertainty and emotional ups and downs, we’re really proud to announce the release of Midnight Scenes: Among Graves ⚰️

We wanted to thank you all for supporting us through this journey.

We’ve poured all our love into this new episode, so we really hope you enjoy it and it brightens your day a little bit.

Please make games with gameplay again...

Used to be a huge fan, but I have just lost all interest since the transition into pure visual novels. The old games were great - still a solid narrative but you actually were engaged with the gameplay and challenged. Now? I guess just sit there and click til the end I guess there is enough ppl that like to do that since they still get positive reviews (despite most of them mentioning this). But here is one vote from someone that used to eagerly await every episode...

Midnight Scenes: Among Graves

Sound effects and voices are a bit disruptive and distracting (minor spoilers)

I saw one review allude to this, but after playing about half of it, I definitely think the sound effects could use tweaking and pairing back. The effect that plays when you use something is sort of a "pop", but it's an almost jovial sound. I think it's quite out of place inside a game going for a spooky ambiance. The voices are more distracting, and doubly so if you are moving through dialogue relatively quickly. I'm a fast reader, so I don't need the text to linger for very long, but this ends up crea...

Another solid atmospheric entry in this Twilight Zone-like series. They play like a point and click game but siimilar to some of the later games in the series, they don't have any inventory puzzles, and is pretty much on rails. It's the story that's important.

Loved the game! The story was really unique and compelling, I definitely jumped a few times and the pixel art was beautiful. Exactly what I expect from a Midnight Scenes game, the atmosphere and spooky vibes were all there.
