Hello- If you are in a tutorial, and (accidentally!) close the instruction window, is there a way to get it back?

I changed my computer and was wondering if I have to pay for another version of Trains 2019

I'd like to know which year version would be more suitable for me, a player who would like to casually play on Easter European rotes and if possible, mod some Russian & Latvian trains in to the game. I know that something like that was possible with way older versions of the game, so was wondering if it's possible with any of these two....

So I bought the first class to speed up downloads, but after few minutes of having 2MB/s download speed it now reduced to 4 KB/s What kind of scam is this ? even with first class ticket I still don't have good downlooad...
