Why is there no sound effect?Is it because of copyright?

Where are the spots for the quest "Street Team"? I found the spots in Roxboro, Charleston, on the radio station, on the tree in the park next to the crafting shop and on the college gate. Could somebody tell me where the last one is please? I'd wish to ad that I think this game is really cool, thanks to the artworks and to it's way to deal with the perception of fetishes and kinks.
