My opinion.
But for me, i don't play games for the competition. I play it for the immersion.
And so any game that has aim assist, i shut it off, being with it off, it's like shooting a real firearm.
You're gonna wobble, and it's not easy under fire to get a good target. And so no aim assist makes for a more realistic experience (to the extent it's a video game) and so i opt not to use it.
However, against PC players, you're not gonna get many kills. You have to play to enjoy the game, not for K/D ratios.
Regardless of aim assist or not, using a mouse or controller to shoot in games will never be "like shooting a real firearm". Just like you can't learn to drive using Forza or GTA.
