Since a few days I cannot view my inventory on steam - only gives me random error "you have viewed it to often - try it later again" - and suddenly it works and then again the same error. I cannot list anything to sell on the market because there is another error.

Is anything else having trouble with this part of steam in the last days? It is annoying.
