Steam inventory/market not working

Since a few days I cannot view my inventory on steam - only gives me random error "you have viewed it to often - try it later again" - and suddenly it works and then again the same error. I cannot list anything to sell on the market because there is another error.

Is anything else having trouble with this part of steam in the last days? It is annoying.

i have a simillar error and it says "Youve made too many requestst recently.Please wait and try your request again laiter"

i just pressed one time "Buy remaining cards on the market" it works one time then i need to wait like a hour wtf is that bug

I know what I am about to write is going to sound absurd, but could you unplug your mouse for half a minute or so. Then reconnect and see how that effects your experience. This reads like an input lag related issue, and doing such might sort that out.
