as support told you, the refund system is not there to test out or demo games. do more research, ask questions, and compare your computer the specs listed for the game. avoid buying games if you only meet the minimum specs.

You need to have gone through a LOT of 'I'm going to refund this game I can't even play' to get Support to say 'Not this time'

And by a lot I mean a whole lot of it.

It depends on your country and what their consumers laws are. In my country the amount of previous refunds or 2 hours playtime are irrelevant since I can get a refund whenever I like for whatever reason I like so as long as you are firm with support and link proof of the consumer laws they generally give up after 20 or so tickets and just refund the game.

One look at your reviews tells us exactly WHY.

I don't refund a lot but i do wonder how that works with Aussies where we have a legal right to refund..

I don't believe our law states how many refunds we are entitled to. Just that the item needs to be in working condition or follows Australian laws..

Perhaps you should consult your local government official? That sounds like really a grey area of the law. ?In fact it might be something to consult your government about this issue. Also, make sure he was not eaten by a shark..lol..aussie joke..yes, i used to be a aussie too.
