as support told you, the refund system is not there to test out or demo games. do more research, ask questions, and compare your computer the specs listed for the game. avoid buying games if you only meet the minimum specs.

I don't believe our law states how many refunds we are entitled to. Just that the item needs to be in working condition or follows Australian laws..
