Ask your friends on Steam how they've managed to unlimit their accounts.
Though that is only a one time thing and the amount has to be $5 USD in its total amount.
After you do that, your account will be unlimited and will remain that way.
Sanctions.
It doesn't stop you from playing any games. Even as a limited account there is no restriction in game playing, you just don't have the full community features.
Section 11 Steam Subscriber Agreement:
The sanctions imposed decades ago have nothing to do with current events.
Re-read the original post, and re-read my response. Your post is a non-sequitur. They're trying to claim emotional distress. Due to their "living in the war". I don't know if they are being serious, or if they are just being facetious, but they're insinuating that they need games for their nerves, and my point is that doesn't make rational sense.
That said its not really Iranian peoples fault their government is crazy.. They are mostly normal people like us stuck in a bad place..
Gaming helps to forget reality for many people, you can just go into a game and forget the bad stuff is happening around you for a few hours..
Limited users are free to use the forums, they just have a MUCH lower limit on how many posts they can make each day.
Also, Iran has been under sanctions for 20+ years.
This is due to the many terrorist organizations that seem to come from there.
