Steam refuse my approved refund request, I have no choice
I bought <<Shogun Showdown>>and other game on 1/1 and applied for a refund on 1/5, but I didn’t receive it, I search data and know that"refund to visa credit card may take one month( my VISA card is Taiwan Bank's account )"

sure, In 1/5, I refund in 2 weeks and play 0 hours

I wait until 3/1 now I still dont take the refund,so I applied for another refund on 3/1.steam just respond same reply:
""We have reviewed your refund request.

We will not be granting a refund at this time. The date of the purchase exceeds 2 weeks (our refund policy maximum).
Shogun Showdown""

and I write " WHY YOU didnt refund my 1/5 request can you answer me??"

JUST got the same reply "We will not be granting a refund at this time...."

===
Ironically ,Shogun Showdow is still in my library , I know I may never take refund back,I just call some help and reveal this event on community board.

I saw some people said Steam had honors on refund service, I THINK it not for me :)

If I really miss something please tell me, thanks everybody.

Did you get a response for your first ticket (05.01) or was it automatically closed?
Keep in mind that automatic refund is for those meeting following criteria: within 2 hours within 2 weeks.
Make aanual request - choose I have a question about this game - and explain the situation. Support doesn't read the discussions here.

You have to meet BOTH the less than 2 hours played AND less than 14 days since purchase requirements to be eligible for a refund.
If you are outside that window, they can (and most of the time do) refuse the refund request.

I'm not sure what's going on with you, Mr. Ken. From what I understand, you purchased Shogun Showdown but never played it, so it's still refundable at 0 hours. However, did you really waste 14 days just so you can send an email to Steam support asking for a refund?

Just as HikariLight said:

Furthermore, Steam is a trustworthy platform. It is a highly reputable company, known for providing exceptional support through its dedicated Steam team, surpassing that of any other gaming company.

The first ticket, which was within the policy, was autoclosed without response, but the 2 that were outside the policy aren't? Sounds like a compromised account.
