Nah but this is a steam problem for real how is that any of my other platform works fine but not steam? Ive really think thats its not normal for it behave at that kinda speed. Everything you have listed is not the problem , think about if your getting 6mbps download speed on your pc and then sudden when you open steam on your laptop the speed suddenly gets boosted to 200 mbps ? It has something to do with steam not my problem ,
Be aware that changing your download region also changes your Steam Matchmaking region for games that use Steam Networking. Therefore, for better multiplayer performance, change it back to something close to you after you finished downloading.
Thank you. Because of your reply I was able to fix my issue. However can you explain to me why download speeds are low on southeast asia servers? And will they be fixed anytime soon?
