Yea alot of overlays mess with games. People do not realize that Discord overlay really screws up games. Every once in awhile you see someone complaining on here about why their games do not start, and most of the time, it is a background overlay that is causing it. Even your pc has the xbox overlay. And yes, the discord overlay can screw stuff up...like putting graphical garbage on your screens for games. Mark this forum post as answered. Click the right arrow thing on the post and click "mark as answered".
I always end up turning off all overlays as it fixes this issue usually. Most people do not realize this and blame the games themself for causing it. They are too lazy to actually investigate the actual cause.
