Steam denying account recovery despite full proof – Need escalation
Hello, I’m being denied access to my Steam account despite providing:

My Steam Wallet receipt (includes account name, invoice, date, amount)

My correct email

My list of owned games


Support is sending copy-paste replies and not acknowledging the proof I’ve sent (even multiple times).

I need this ticket escalated to someone who will actually check the documents and help me recover my account.

A list of owned games does not count as proof of ownership
Only what Steam Support asks as proof counts as proof of ownership. Only provide the information they ask for.
You need to send the proof that Support requests, not whatever *you* think is ok.
