Steam Support Failure
I've been waiting for a week for a response from the contact I made through the Steam support website regarding my secondary account. When I entered the correct password, it said it was wrong and I can't get a new password because it says "more information is needed". I opened a support ticket and since then nothing, 0 response. And while this ticket is open, I can't even send anything to them anymore.

This can't be normal or treated as normal, right?
It's a pain to spend all this time in the anguish of someone responding and nothing...
(I've tried all the ways to contact support).

What do you mean by "all the ways to contact support"?


I want to say that I have already tried all the options that the system offers me for account/password recovery.

It is distressing to not get any feedback, to want to play but not be able to (to be able to take advantage of this time off that I am having to have fun).

I really want to be able to return soon, I hope they can help me, because I just need them to send me the email to recover the password, it goes further than that.

I will not close the ticket until it is resolved.

I hope they look at me, I see a 7-day wait as a long time for a simple response like mine.
