UBISOFT account got hijacked.
i got some emails saying that someone from veitnam changed my email address, and when i opened a ticket with the support they said we sent a recovery link to the email linked to the account which is idiotic since i already told them hacker changed it, i provided everything that i'm the owner of the account, but they insist that to access my account i need to verify the email that the hacker already own not my original email !!! i only have 3 games from ubisoft and i can live with the fact that i wont play them again, but can i unlik uplay account from steam you know for future purchases ?

Ask ubisoft support why they send the email to the hijackers email

i did, and all theyare saying is that they need to prove I'm the owner how ridiculous ! right after they close the ticket, i opened six tickets so far all the same response.
Make it more clear.
"The hijacker changed the email when he stole the account."

i did, he said sorry our recovery policy and some big load of ♥♥♥♥ that won't help, any other platform i'd recovered my account in minutes.
Try their Discord. Maybe you will find someone who will be able to help you.
i did some googling, multiple posts in reddit and steam.it seems like no one got their account back once the email is changed.
Well, ask this question:
How can anyone get their account back if the email was changed by the hijacker?
Try their Discord.
The question is good for there too :D
Bro I have the same problem let's help each other together
Well, has bro solved his problem
their support is dead end.
I'm sad, but I hope they'll notice the hole and return the stolen accounts to their owners.
Can you list what you wrote to them?
first you will go here https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/contact Account Management and Security > account login and recovery, then you will provide them with your information email, payment method, cd keys whatever and there is a box under you will explain what happened to you and how the hacker changed you email, but for them it doesn't matter since they will ask for a proof of ID which they will send a link to the hacker's email. i say save your time and move on.
