Unfortunately, this might not be approved within the remaining 10 hours.
The different edition is basically just the base game plus DLC. It's a package. It's not two separate copies.
So if you don't wait for the refund to process, you will find yourself with DLC and no base game in which to play it. You'd have to buy it again after the refund. You're basically throwing money away because you're not waiting.
There is always going to be a future sale. If you miss the sale, wishlist it after you get the refund and Steam will notify you the next time it goes on sale. Then buy the correct edition.
