Where can i send a email or talk with steam support?
My account seems to be hacked, almost all of my inventory was listed in marked and selled, i already search on the steam app where to contact but i dont find anything

Here are some steps to also make sure that your steam account is secure.
1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

I mean, I have access to my account and password didnt reset, it just that my items got selled without my permission idk how,

Your account is compromised.

Take the following steps to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices. https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a clean computer.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App. https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key (there should be no key). https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey

You leaked your login credentials, either on a phishing site or via malware. The hijackers put the items on sale and likely used the funds gained that way to buy some kind of item to move the funds the funds to a burner account.

Items don't get returned. Ensure you do all the steps to secure the account.

how did they got the money of the sales? I saw my history and seems like just ramdom steam users buy them, i even have ($ pending) on my steam account

Then you're lucky that Valve recently added that funds remain in "pending" longer. Cause otherwise they would have bought some cheap unique item they had listed for a high price to move the funds.

That's how it usually went.

As im watching my history and inventory, seems like he sold my items to get money and then he bought dota items with my account that are worth cents for like $0.80 cents, mmm
I have a other account that got hacked into but they changed the email and password to my account, does anyone know of how to get into contact with steam to fix this issue cause I don’t have access to the account now

Follow this guide to recovery your account - make sure you do the recovery process in a browser when signed out:-
