The other option would be getting into a public api, somewhat what valve is providing but again you would need them(origin,gog....) to have such api available, but as far as i know they dont.
Then we get to the matter, i personally dont think this will ever happen however you are able to do this yourself or maybe someone made a site,tool or script that would do this.
It does not need any kind of partnership.. It is just a normal list where you add your own games yourself. That's why i suggested it does not provide you with any special access that only real owners would have.
And it would only work for current games in the store.. Like for example i have Far Cry and Rainbow six siege on Uplay but these games are here on steam.

Not sure what you're speaking of, but the steam i use does that.

Dude, this thread is from 7 years ago...
If you read the op from 2018, the features they are asking for is nothing Playnite would be able to achieve for them.
