The system requirements seen on the store pages isn't populated from a defined list of hardware. They are simply open text fields which doesn't provide an easy source of data to use as a filter.

Also, there is more to whether a game will run on a certain set of hardware than just hardware. Drivers, A/V, problematic USB perphs, etc., can all negatively affect a piece of software's ability to run well.

The system requirements are on the game store pages, if you meet those likely it can run on your system, otherwise it is a matter of knowing how your system runs to begin with to determine if a game would in fact run. Otherwise console is suggested for you as you will not need to keep track of system specs.
