Syntax Error 10 hours ago
More helpful technical support (CS2)
Reported sound issues on one map (cs_agency) that appear after a few minutes of gameplay... I get an article about installing drivers.

"Unfortunately, we're unable to open this link."

No wonder they can't replicate the bugs (jump on Dust2) since they don't have video access...

"Because we have provided all the information we have for your issue, I'm closing this help request. If you have an unrelated issue, please open a new help request and we will be happy to help."

And the topic is closed. No problems, no bugs, perfect game. :)

If you sent that to Steam Support, they are not equipped to assist you with game issues (that includes games made by Valve). Steam Support can assist you almost exclusively with account and payment issues.

You can try posting any game-related problem on that game's forum and hope someone from dev team will check it out.

Steam support that you contact via the ticket system only handles account issues like login problems or billing issues.

They have no connection to any games.
You need to post your issues in that games forum or check to see if there is a place to send bug reports straight to the devs.

CS2 game devs and Steam support are not the same people.

How much can you describe something? How long has it been known that the jumps were broken? But apparently, no one was able to describe it accurately enough. :)
