My RTX 5090 fans stopped working randomly, is that normal that they just stop moving?
GPU fans at 0 RPMs under approx 60-65*C is normal on most GPUs for the past 10 years or so. You can just manually adjust them with an app like MSI Afterburner if you so choose. Or apply a global fan curve to your GPU.
There is new firmware, BIOS and chipset for that board. There have been 13 BIOS updates for that board. Install the firmware update, then the bios, then reinstall the chipset. But serriously, Read the manual and watch a video about it first if you have never done this. But with EZ flash, it's super simple. Just don't turn off the comp, don't touch the keyboard, just let it run and reboot, and eventually it will boot to the BIOS. there you can save it as default and reboot the system.

EDIT, also don't forget to format the USB stick to fat 16/32, first
Someone more familiar to AMD, can help you set up the things inside the BIOS that might need tweaking afterwards, but going with default at first doesn't hurt.
That said, Oblivion Remastered is a bad game that crashes on other systems independent of hardware. Software like overlays can crash it -- literally anything can; it's another bad UE game.
New to PC gaming, or just don't know a lot about comps, Or scared they are going to brick their computer. Something that was a lot easier to do in the past. Now it's super easy with a stick.
watch this video.. then come back and ask questions. Its about asus EZ flash, all the asus boards use the same flash.. Don't forget to run the CAB updater, it auto names the flash file. You need to put that file in the main directory, aka not in a folder, just in the main USB drive letter place, or you can have wonky things happen.
also you might need to run the firmware update first, Read the asus site to make sure you are doing things in the right order, Because that matters!
ASUS LEGO IT8857GX V0203 Firmware Update Tool Run this file from windows first. Shut down all other things, steam, and what ever is running from your pop up menu on the right side of the screen, id even shut down my virus scanner
Then extract the bios onto the hard drive, then run the BIOS renamer.exe. It will change the name to a .CAP put that file on the stick drive, and then goto bios and run the ez flash. But this guy should tell youn all this stuff.
GOOD LUCK!
Any overclocks other than ram?
