Has anyone had any success in obtaining back control of a child's account? My son's account was hijacked, all settings were changed, and we lost access. The user unfortunately did not see that this was part of a family account, so I can see the user name and go to the changed profile. I should have had a few more controls, but I did not set them up at the time. I just want back control because of the games he collected under that account.
