Support keeps closing my ticket – my CS2 Prime status is gone after hack
Hello,
I’ve contacted Steam Support 5 times already, and every time my ticket is closed automatically with no reply.

My account was compromised recently — someone added a fake message to my profile ("This account is being verified by a Valve employee").

I changed my password, enabled Steam Guard, and removed the message. But now I lost my CS2 Prime Status, even though I never refunded or removed it.

Please, can someone from Steam/Valve staff review this and help restore my Prime status or explain what happened?

My profile: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/profiles/76561199485016546

Ticket ID: HT-DBM3-H757-6JYQ

Thank you in advance!

Tickets that keep autoclosing are signs of compromised account. Follow steps 1-6 to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

Steam is not closing them, the person who compromised your account is.
