Valve cannot unlinnk the account, linking is all done on ubisoft's side.

The only ones that can unlink accounts is ubisoft.

But I got hacked by some Bangladeshi dude and I don’t have the email either and Ubisoft recovery is one of the worst, even riot games does better

Only UbiSoft Support can help you, it is on their end, steam has nothing to do with it.

I doubt it. They do have one of those shiny 'Support' buttons on their website, but I have never heard or seen anyone return from the depths of their support system with a success story..

OP, i think it's time to re-buy those games with a brand new account.

All linking and unlinking is done on Ubisoft's end as they are the ones who require it to play their games on other PC platforms and also consoles.

Secondly the Assassins Creed Valhalla EULA is applicable to all PC Clients where the game is available. It is Ubisoft's product.
