Vac ban
Hello, dear steam support, my account was stolen in 2022, and now I have restored it. When I logged in to my account, I found that it was blocked by Vac. I would appreciate your help in removing the block, as I did not have access to this account and was unable to avoid the block.

These are just community only forums, there's no dear steam support here

All vac bans are permanent and cannot be appealed against, who used the account to cheat makes no difference, you are solely responsible for your accounts security and all activity on it

The info link next to the ban notice on your profile explains everything you need to know

The security of your account is your responsibility, so the ban is ultimately your fault.

no support here. your excuse was used countless times already, so nobody believes it. Irrelevant who used the account, vacban is for cheating and your account was caught out. vacbans are permanent. If it was incorrect then it would have been removed long time ago automatically.
