Report a translation problem
1. There is only one frame for the particular animation file you selected (such as some idle animations).
2. Crowbar might be incorrectly extracting only one frame of animation where there should be more.
3. The SMD importer for Milkshape is incorrectly importing the animation file.
I am not familiar with MilkShape, so I can't help directly with that. I can, however, test for the potential causes if you upload the original model files (The MDL file and the files with same name as the MDL) or if it's from a game I have, you can tell me what game and where to find the model files you are modding. I can then decompile with Crowbar and check the files in Blender. If there is a problem with Crowbar, I can try to fix it so you can continue with your modding. You can link me a zip of those files in this discussion or in the group chat. (By the way, I did see your messages in the group chat earlier, but was not there at the time to respond.)
Note that I might not be able to get Crowbar to correctly decompile some animations. There are still many unknowns about many animations that I have yet to figure out.
