Well, looking at the "f*cked" version, there might be an issue with the weights and maybe the bone rotations. Try rotating the bones in your 3d editor, and see if there's any weird mesh issues.

When you compiled, did you get any errors? Also, can you give me a screenshot of the warped model?

Pick another model to decompile? It looks like whatever you're trying to compile isn't accepted by Crowbar. Sorry, I think you're SOL.

You have to download id think. You cant preview any kind of model in dropbox.

Go through the materials folder until you find the .VMT (not .VTF) files, open them in a notepad, and make sure it has the new directory ( models/original/survivors/manager ).
