It looks fin in blender. Bt when I compile it and open the model viewer, nothing appears. Then when I use it in game they look like that.

Did you try to pose it in Blender, in pose mode? That'd tell us if it's a weight painting problem or a .QC problem, or both.

Dont worry man, Im doing it again but with a different tutorial thats specifically for custom models and not source models.When im done and see the results, if any, then I might show you some images. Thanks.

Yeah, I've had my fair share of those failures....To make the model look good, you need to weight paint it well, AND have a good .QC (make sure the definebones are relevant. if you changed any bone positions in Blender without updating the .QC....well you're gonna have a monster. Also, if you didn't ensure the weight paint was done right, you're also gonna have a failure.)

Hmm....Can you send me the whole .QC? (pastebin is a good site for sharing large texts) Sometimes Crowbar can cough up errors when there's a shoddy line somewhere (if a { is open, or something).

In the meantime, you could try deleting the:

ikrule "rhand" release
ikrule "lhand" release
ikrule "rfoot" release
ikrule "lfoot" release

So you would have:

You're not adding a correct $sequence line. A typical $sequence line for a Garry's Mod playermodel looks like:

$sequence "ragdoll" {
"player_modelname_anims\ragdoll.smd"
activity "ACT_DIERAGDOLL" 1
fadein 0.2
fadeout 0.2
fps 30
}

You would need the anims data, though. You can figure out how to do that, from this guide at step 1b:

Mmm i know what happened, when i decompile the .mdl it was alone in the folder, but after it i tried to put it with the rest of the door01_left files and it works! it came with the sequence, so i dont need to create animation etc. I can do what i need! Thanks! :D

The thing is, if the point 1B that you told me, the point is to create a sequence/anim file, which is .smd , why it get the $sequence data from the other files around when i decompile like .vtx .phy .vvd

I'm not quite sure what you mean about the latter part. From GCFSape, I exported the .mdl, .vtx (90, 80, sw), and vvd to a folder. There, I decompiled the .mdl file in Crowbar, and that gave me the anims .smd files.
