I like the idea of a checkbox option and will put it on the planned features list. That way we just have to make one click to keep or remove the lines, rather than mucking about in the QC file.

Corrected in version 0.23, meaning Crowbar continues to next model after encountering the error, rather than stopping the decompile.

The problem file is "props_wasteland\bridge_railing.phy", which seems to be in a different (maybe corrupt?) phy file format. There might be more files like this; I only decompiled alphabetically until I found this problem file.

This feature is in version 0.23, at least for the MDL and ANI versions that Crowbar currently supports. Crowbar 0.23 should handle HL2 and TF2 models, except for the face flexes on the HWM models.

The error you described has been fixed in version 0.23 and should not show up for TF2 models. However, most face flexes for TF2 HWM models use options only found in DMX format, a feature on the Planned Features list. Thus, the model will compile but most face flexes will not work.
