Too many flex controllers error when compiling Holly Model
remove unneeded flexes
But if you need to add .phy file, then you might try to temporarily disable flexes. The result physics file might work with original model.

No textures after decompile
Imports fine for me.
smd parts need to be imported separately, and there are .vta that are assigned to specific smd part, look for .qc
