I'm almost positive that this is referring to the LOD files. If you decompiled the model with "LOD mesh SMD files" unchecked, then you need to edit the QC and remove all the LOD lines from "$LOD 11" to "$ShadowLOD".

What does your QC look like? I think you either have an extra bracket or you're missing one.

Did you move all five of the c_engineer_arms files or just the .mdl file?

You're using 0.29, correct? Try 0.33; that's the one I used and didn't receive any problems aside from what I described with Heavy.

Don't mean to necro, but I just remembered this post while I was fiddling with things. It seems like Heavy's the only one affected by this nonsense and I think it has something to do with the .vta file. I actually just fixed the problem by importing Heavy's reference model in Blender, then the .vta, then exported both and recompiled with the new .vta file.

Same problem. The eyelids never really parsed properly to begin with, you'd normally have to write your own lines. Or, I had to at least. Not sure if any of the other versions actually parsed them correctly.

You would have to create them yourself in a modeling program such as Blender if a physics file doesn't already exist. This video was one of the first to pop up when I tried searching for a tutorial.

Models from Source Filmmaker don't normally have a physics file to begin with because they're not needed, if I remember correctly. That's why a lot of those ragdolls aren't in Garry's Mod as well unless the original creator uploads it with the proper files.
