30,000 Children? Killing parents? Little Girl Prostitutes? Chooping off ears and noses? Sounds like Uganda has a really big problem on their hands. +, Since like, EVERYONEE knows about him, won't the u.s. army/ marines/whatever find them?
If we donate how will it help us find this man?
I DO care. But I am a bit skeptical about donating. I pretty sure the army/marines/ whatever can find them.
