Sometimes the temporary health from pills and adrenaline doesn't tick down when playing on Official Valve Servers (I've experienced this when playing different maps, both on Helm's Deep Reborn and the official maps such as No Mercy etc.). This bug with the temporary hp not ticking down only happens when playing on Official Valve Servers and Best Available Servers, it has never happened on Local Servers (atleast not for me).

More and more people are now confirming that they can play Helm's Deep Reborn on Official Valve Servers, Thanks for solving the problem!

I released a small update for Helm's Deep Reborn to (more or less) test what would happen to Official Valve Servers. Since I updated the map it no longer works on Official Valve Servers. If "Official server" is selected in lobby then in the loading screen you will be sent back to the main menu with no error message. It works fine when selecting local server, so I take it the servers haven't updated to the new version?

Some people have reported this error when they try to connect to dedicated servers using the latest version:

"Map_LoadModelGuts: Map with no texinfo, maps/l4d2_helms_deep_serious_v18b.bsp"

Could be a problem with custom content.

Ok basically it works when playing the map on a Local server. But not for official and dedicated servers.

When you verify integrity of game cache it works for local and dedicated servers. However it doesn't work for Official Valve Servers even after you have verified integrity of game cache.

I may have fixed the problem now, I simply recreated the vpk and reuploaded the same version. I no longer get thrown back to the main menu but instead it just says "No servers found" when selecting "Official Server" in the lobby for Helm's Deep Reborn.
