12/21 Update
- Fixed not being able to upload files larger than 100MB.
- Fixed spinner and "no add-ons" message showing up incorrectly.
- Clean up all files in the addons/workshop directory that don't come from the Workshop.
- Don't allow Workshop VPKs to be mounted until they're done with any downloading. Before this, VPKs could be loaded off disk while a file update was in flight, causing the download to fail. Now we wait and mount the file once it's done.

Good job on the update Kerry!

I still get the "Steam Cloud not available error". I am not sure if it should work now.

The vpk was 686 KB

Hey Motanum, can you try to upload a bsp using the Portal 2 uploading tool (p2map_publish.exe in the game\bin directory)? Just upload any bsp (mark it is private if you want) and see if you succeed at that.
Let me know if that succeeds for you.

I can upload to Portal 2 just fine. Here is the test map https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=114842247

Ok have a new issue. I can upload my campaign. But now its doing something to the mission.txt files and I am not able to play it via the "Play Campaign - addon".

It's blank.. Doesn't show any campaigns to play. It does show my 2 parts in the add-ons main menu though.

And this is in console.

MissionManager: Mission file "missions/downtowndine.txt" is missing name and version
CGameUIConVarRef cl_ignore_vpk_association doesn't point to an existing ConVar
MissionManager: Mission file "missions/downtowndine.txt" is missing name and version

Looking at the vpk's it downloaded into the addons/workshop the mission.txt files are now blank?!

In my userdata\UGC folders i found the vpk's it downloaded and they look to all be encrypted now in some way. Maybe something is being lost when it decrypts the files and moves them into the workshop folder?

Actually most content in the vpk's are now unreadable..

I tried chaning my download region once, from LA to Dallas. It did not help

Hmm, I'll take a look GShock. It's possible the new code is choking on the larger file size. My guess is that bits in the file past the 100Mb mark are corrupt.

I've just made a fix for this that will get pushed out in the next update. Thanks for the bug!

Motanum: I'll ask the Steam guys if they have any ideas about your situation.

Thanks! Let me know if there is anything on my end I can do to help.

This fix is now live. Please give it another shot! As stated in the update message, if you previously uploaded a file to the Workshop that was over 100Mb, you'll need to upload it again to fix the issue.
