@Rectus: If you want to autorevive from specials, you can use

cm_AutoReviveFromSpecialIncap = 1.

I'm not sure about reviving them from commons, though.

I'm currently working on a versus mutation (though the versus part doesn't seem to work yet). It's set in c5m2_park, where you spawn in the trailer before setting off the alarm. Survivors get a 10-second head start to run. They have to run through the course while being chased by a horde of common infected, while the human-controlled special infected set up ambushes in a deathrun-like manner. Survivors have to get to the helicopter at the end as fast as they can. Special infected spawn every 5 seconds, so they can set up traps faster.

I added a rescue helicopter to my mutation, following the "simple" mutation tutorial. It works fine, but I did find one problem. As soon as I get into the helicopter, the game ends. It doesn't wait for others (it may be just bots, I haven't tested with human players). Is there a fix/something I'm missing?

Another one that's pretty useful function is IsTankInPlay(). It's pretty handy for game balance.

C_CL4DGameStats: failed to download stats from Steam, EResult 2

is the message that is being repeated. Shotgunefx found a fix, which is typing sv_lan 1 into the console. Thing is, we both think that sv_lan should be 1 by default.

I was running L4D2 Beta tools mode, and when I enter anything into the console, I get the same message repeated over and over again, filling up the whole console. It doesn't interfere with the commands, but I'm not sure whether it's a problem or not. I've attached a screenshot here.
