Help with: Keeping to projects.
Hello! How's everyone doing? I'll keep this short and to the point, I can't stick to projects. Seriously I'll stop after, like, a week of work. Can anyone help me?

Thanks!

Start project: get addicted, stop due to lack of ideas, take a week break, force the crap out of yourself to continue, get addicted, repeat.

No, seriously schechule your activity. Accord yourself some moment of rest, even though you don't really want to. Set the hour you start, then stop.
And try to work in music when you have the occasion.

Yeah, Unfortunatly for me, I have too many ideas and can't focus on what I'm currently working on. Oh well, just the way my brain works i guess :P

The trick to stick to activites is to get to a point where you just can't stop. Some times you have to take a break, but not sticking to a project is pretty normal to me. Projects I feel that I'm not super engaged in are usually temporarily scrapped until I find the motivation to keep working on it.
Hard for me to commit as well. I've been meaning to do something with the models I ported, but I don't know WHAT direction to go for them. Like I want to do a space battle, but I also want to do some 'ground' work. This combined with only the two videos I made, it's not much.

The way I stick with projects is to do a rough cut where everything looks shit, but gets the basic ideas down. Then I choose which shots I'll be interested in doing that day. It helps to write/draw/film the things that interest me, or that I feel will work for that particular piece.
