So I had an idea to attempt to make a video in a liking to the Godzilla films and the recent film Pacific Rim. I got a general idea on how to do normal people, but these larger monster models feel really hard to work and animate with unless you had a bigger field of view and huge lights.

Any advice on how to work with larger-than-life vaugely humanoid charaters in terms of camera, lights, and movement?

I'm looking for animators and content creators to help me in bringing a small Overwatch video to life. Since college life has brought down my time for SFM videos, I have everything written down in script form from character action to map locations, to SFX and music needed. A few things:
-Post processing is needed. There are a couple of shots or moments that SFM might not be able to do in-engine. Sadly I don't have the money for anything like After Effects.
- You've worked on Overwatch characters before, or have knowledge of the characters and the props in the video.
- The script has to be followed. If you are having a hard time following a part or you have questions, please let me know!

So I've been coming up with some ideas for videos. The problem is that some key components for those ideas are unknown to me: the best explosion and laser particles. I keep looking through the .pcf's that I have from the SFM Workshop and some of them don't look the ones seen here:

So I ran into a problem with an edited heavy rain texture made by someone. There's no purple/black texture, but the rain drops turn out to be all white. It's never had this problem before.

I'm looking for somone to do Central City, Megacity, corridor-centric and road-centric styled maps based on the iconic locations from the Cybertron games for future projects. As stated in the title, I have all of the in-game models/meshes ripped from both War for Cybertron AND Fall of Cybertron for map creators to use:
1. Iacon-Autobot Capital
2. Kaon-Decepticon Capital
3. The Ark
4. Misc. Buildings, Roads, and Rooms

If I may make some suggestions, you could use some of mine for said practices. That way if anything should happen, I could get feedback and I could fix them up. I'd love to use them for videos, but I feel like they're not ready unless some professional proves me wrong.

That sounds mighty useful. If you could, throw in a model from the workshop so some of us know how to use them right compared to Valve's models.

Go for the 360s. It's cheaper, work well without Xbone's extra features, and the software is more compatible.

It works, but you need models that have valve rigs. Some of my work had to be redone because ipisoft couldn't read the custom rigs. Make every use of the 30 day trial too. Once time's up, no more trials at least on my end. You might need to do some extra precautions before getting mocap, but when it works, it WORKS.
