A thing you can do is lock the model to the camera, then unload the map, load a different map, and place the camera wherever you want. the relation between the camera and the model will still be the same.

So, you want people to make models for you in blender, in exchange for you teaching them SFM? Or do you want people to add only textures to your models, in exchange for you teaching them SFM? For a giant wall of text is sure doesn't say a whole lot.

Blocking is making poses between 6-16 frames, to indicate the basic poses of the animation. So if you wanna make a complecated motion, instead of going frame by frame and by the end realizing it's very unatural, blocking offers you a preview of the animation, very early.
The poses usually have stepped transitions, so they are "blocky".

I think it illustrates the beauty of animation perfectly, and very consiscely. I personally watch it if im feeling unmotivated. I may have not gotten into animation without it.

Lighting.

The most obvious problem is the composition, or framing.
It feels like you should have put the camera a few decimeters to the left. Theres soo much negative space on the right.
It's too blurry, even for portraing a motion.
The camera isnt focused properly, it should be perfectly focused on the soldier in the forground.
The posing is decent, but the soldier in gray is kind of akward, because hes neither walking or staying.
The lighting is great.

The green stuff is the window blind.The medic is looking out a window. I honestly dont understand how you couldnt get that.

I dont agree with CorkScrewDood. I think the composition and posing are great, but i dont like the lighting. The back is lit waaay to much more then the front, and theres overall a lack of light.
